As a candidate with extensive experience in research, I am highly skilled in conducting final evaluation as well as preparing the study methodology and research questions (develop evaluation plan to outline the evaluation approach and mixed methods to be used to address the evaluation questions and how these will be analyzed), data collection through document review, key informant interview, FGD and other methods, synthesize and analyze the findings and preparing the report.
I have 17 years of professional experiences in development projects including research and final evaluation studies in many range of development areas, program management and consultancy services with expertise in gender, women economic empowerment in natural resources management issues and environmental management.
I also experienced in providing technical advice in project implementation, training and facilitation, quantitative and qualitative research, community organising and policy advisory on behalf of multilateral donors, UN agencies, government, academic institutions, NGOs, CBOs, and private sectors.
