Activity Purposes:
The purpose of this activity of "Community Houses Retrofitting" is to increase the structural strength of the damaged houses caused by the earthquake, back to its initial capacity. This activity is hoped to be a part of increasing local community resilience to disaster, especially earthquake.
Output activity:
The expected output from this activity are:
1. Vulnerable Community Houses is identified
2. Community Houses are retrofitted/repaired.
Responsibilities:
· Producing BoQ for each house that will be retrofitted
· Creating progress report
· Provide technical assistance to construction activity by DRR Sector of IRW – Konsepsi
Desired Qualification and experience:
· Has decent technical knowledge on retrofitting
· Has experience in similar program (BPBD Stimulant program, or NGO Shelter Program)
· Has experience work with community and local government
· Good Communication Skill
· Fully computer literate (Excel, Autocad) and able to create Bill of Quantity for each houses.
