The Habibie Center Invites Indonesian Nationals to Apply for the Position of Executive Director

Function
The Executive Director provides vision, leadership and guidance to the organisation and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
Qualifications
• Have an understanding of the organization's mission, vision and strategy - work with board and staff to ensure that the vision and mission are fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach;
• Under 50 years old and have the ability to adapt to various age of generations;
• Minimum master's degree in a relevant discipline with THC's main activities;
• Have managerial skills to run program, financial and administrative activities;
• Possess highly entrepreneurial skills;
• Proven skills in fundraising, including the ability to expand the network of donors and partner organisations, and in-depth experience negotiating with multi-sector stakeholders;
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
• Integrity, professional discretion and ability to interact effectively with diverse partners.

The mission of The Habibie Center are first, to establish a structurally and culturally democratic society that recognizes, respects, and promotes human rights by undertaking study and advocacy of issues related to democratization and human rights, and second, to increase the effectiveness of the management of human resources and the spread of technology.
