JOB VACANCY 

YCAB Foundation is the founding and flagship organization in YCAB Social Enterprise Group, established in 1999. YCAB believes in the power of education to improve welfare. To date, YCAB has brought impact to more than 3.5 million youths through education and economic access, while bringing greater financial access to more than a hundred thousand low-income families.

REGIONAL COORDINATOR 

Wilayah Banten-Jakarta

 

Responsibilities: 

1. Membuat rencana untuk penargetan sekolah bersama Tim YCAB. 
2. Mencari sekolah yang bersedia ikut dalam pelatihan Mastercard Girls4Tech dengan ketentuan dan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh YCAB Foundation. 
3. Melakukan advokasi, mendapatkan rekomendasi, dan berkoordinasi dengan sekolah untuk ikut dalam pelatihan Mastercard Girls4Tech. 
4. Mendokumentasikan seluruh proses sosialisasi dan advokasi sesuai dengan standar YCAB Foundation. 
5. Berkoordinasi dan berkolaborasi secara teratur dengan berbagai pihak selama durasi program. 
6. Mengelola akses pelatihan online untuk sekolah peserta pelatihan. 
7. Mengelola, menjawab pertanyaan peserta pelatihan, dan mendorong lingkungan positif di forum diskusi online. 
8. Menyeleksi peserta pelatihan yang berprestasi serta mengelola pemberian penghargaan untuk pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam program pelatihan. 
9. Mengevaluasi, memberikan feedback, dan melaporkan kondisi peserta selama proses pelatihan. 

 

Requirements: 

1. Diutamakan yang berdomilisi di Banten. 
2. Memiliki akses internet yang baik dan handal menggunakan platform komunikasi dan kolaborasi online. 
3. Memiliki komunikasi, manajemen waktu, dan keterampilan negosiasi dengan sekolah yang baik. 
4. Berkomitmen, berorientasi pada target, teliti, mampu bekerja sama dalam tim, dan dapat bekerja dengan baik di bawah tekanan dengan jadwal yang padat.
