We currently have an opening for:


HR SPECIALIST


The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures and plans according to HR policies and will provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various HR-related issues. Duties are highly confidential and require broad and comprehensive knowledge of TNC's policies and procedures. 


Specifically, the Human Resources Specialist will:

·       Handle HR administration throughout the employee life cycle.

·       Manage the recruitment and selection processes.

·       Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.  Activities and projects to be managed include virtual and face-to-face workshops/trainings/orientations/webinars, logistics, tracking and reporting.

·       Process documentation and prepare reports/dashboards relating to HR activities.

·       Conduct special projects such as conducting job analyses and conducting special studies.

·       Research and analyses various HR related issues and participates in problem resolution.


Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years related work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination.

·         Experience coordinating and leading projects.

·         Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.

·         Experience in learning and development.

·         Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation, and analysis.

·         Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

·         Fluency in written and spoken English.
