Yayasan Second Chance Foundation urgently needs a Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities:
Develop a social media content strategy that is consistent with the
company's brand identity.
Create a consistent, meaningful design on all social media platforms
(IG, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, and Podcast), including
graphic design on social media posts, improving user engagement, and
promoting social media campaigns.
Manage a high volume of daily social media posts and engagements.
Communicate with social media followers, including responding to
queries in a timely and professional manner.
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
and budget restrictions.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images and videos.
Develop and managing marketing strategy to promote new features and updates.
Establish and managing contact with marketing stakeholders,
including media relations, social influencers, and public figures.
Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics and social media
platforms' insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media
presence and performance.
Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing
strategy for optimal results.
Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital
marketing and social media.
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, marketing, or a related field.
Good knowledge in UMKM, woman empowerment, and Indonesia culture
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media and marketing
strategy, including planning and managing content in a corporate, or
an agency setting.
Excellent portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a
thorough understanding of social media management and strategy,
Excellent ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, independent, and high-pressure environment.
