Call for Applications for International Relations & Events Staff
Asosiasi asuransi Umum Indonesia (AAUI) hereby invites applications from high qualified candidates to apply for the position of International Relations & Events Staff. The position will take a central role to support the relationship with externals and internationals, including setting up for the events for the secretariat in the proper business manner.
Requirements:
1. Minimum S1 in related fields
2. Minimum 2 years of progressive professional experience in similar position
3. Excellent in written and spoken English are must
4. Insurance background would be an advantage
5. High level of competencies in handling/ managing the event from A to Z is desirable
6. Some experience in International Relationship is preferable
7. Competence in use of MS Office (PowerPoint) and other office devices
8. Trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to take initiative under minimum supervision, able to work independently to meet the deadline in a small team and multicultural/ International environment
9. Flexible and adaptable to change
10. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
