    • Support coordination and follow-through on communications with ASEAN Sectoral Bodies and ASEAN partners, promoting the wider “Community of Practice;”
    • Support the organization of relevant meetings and events (virtual and in-person), including drafting administrative notes, drafting summary records and/or decision points of meetings, and support logistical arrangements;
  • Provide a regular monthly report to the PROSPECT project on achievement of tasks and deliverables under the assignment; and
  • Carry out other duties that are consistent with overall focus of the assignment.

The Project Coordinator will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and be expected to work in the ASEAN Secretariat building and work closely with PROSPECT staff and the ASEAN Secretariat’s PEGD.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, and other relevant discipline strongly preferred;
  • At least 2 years of proven experience working on regional cooperation and development issues, including administrative knowledge of ASEAN-related matters;
