WWF-Indonesia, an independent national conservation organization, is part of a global network of WWF. WWF-ID is seeking the best candidate for the position of Program Support. This position will be based in Jakarta, and report directly to Spatial Planning & Biodiversity Leader.
This position will carry out duties such as providing substantive and administrative support for WWF, especially related to projects/programs managed by the Spatial Planning and Biodiversity Team. Assisting in monitoring the implementation of projects/programs, managing communication with stakeholders, adding references on contracts, budgets, and donor reports, meeting arrangements, and preparing materials for meetings and other events within the activities of the Spatial Planning Team under the Expert Advisor unit.
Requirements for this position are:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Human Resources, Biology, Conservation, International Relations, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in administration and involvement in conservation projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in terms of speaking, explaining data and information, or making recommendations.
- Biology and Conservation Science in general
- Administrative science
- Understand the substance of work which is the core activity of WWF (preferred)
- Preferably able to speak English
- Data governance/data grouping and storage systems
- Interpersonal communication
- Ability to operate computer equipment (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, internet applications) well.
- National and international environmental and social safeguards
- Passion for nature conservation and sustainable development, coupled with a belief in the WWF Mission
- Adherence to WWF's values of Integrity, Respect, Collaboration, and Courage.
