IT & LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

 

Job Description

1. Carryout periodic inspections of IT-related devices;

2.     Ensuring that the internet and intranet networks in the office function properly;

3.     Plan and make reports regarding the IT & Logistics budget;

4.     Checking the recording of the use of the Foundation's cars and motorbikes by the Logistics Assistant

5.     Supervise the work of Drivers and Office Boy;

6.     Carry out maintenance of the Foundation's cars and motorbikes;

7.     Carry out maintenance of the Foundation's office building

8.     Helping other divisions to fulfill vehicle requests, design or edit graphics;

9.     Purchasing goods for the needs of the Foundation and other divisions within the Foundation;

10.  Make inventory records of the Foundation and projects;

11.  As a Support Team at the Foundation.

 

Educational Background and Experiences

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in any related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field
• Preferably senior staff specialize in IT & Logistic

 

Skills and Knowledges

• Strong planning and organizing
• Good knowledge of asset management, warehouse management and logistic
• Leadership skills, proactive and initiative, good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
