What we are looking for

 

We are looking for Donor Report Finance Officer  who will support projects in their financial administration, ensuring the project finance is compliant to Oxfam policies and procedures as well as donor finance procedures, regulations, and guidelines. The Donor Reporting Finance Office safeguards the finance control of projects, including budget and periodic progress monitoring and takes actions for overall profitability/financial health in line with the restricted budget. This role will coordinate across teams and work closely with program. 

 

The Role

This role will require some essential criterias

 

  • 5-7 years' of budgeting, financial reporting and financial systems work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred in accounting/finance).
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to details and strong computer literacy, with proven experience of computerized accounting packages. Strong proven experience in using Excel spreadsheets
  • Experience in international donors' project budgeting management and reporting (i.e. ECHO, EU, SIDA, DFAT, or other international agencies).
  • Self-Awareness
  • Mutual accountability
  • Relationship building
