Bid Announcement for Pension Fund Management Services

Period of performance: July 2023 – December 2024
Background:
The Country Health Information Systems and Data Use (CHISU) led by JSI Research and Training Institute, Inc. implemented by JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI), is soliciting proposals for pension fund management services in Indonesia for local project staff located in Indonesia. The anticipated period of performance is July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. CHISU is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and is subject to all applicable Federal regulations and provisions.
Objective:
JSI requires a service company/provider (Fund Manager) to provide the best management of a voluntary pension scheme to JSI employees for CHISU in Indonesia. The contributions made directly by JSI and the individual employee contributions make up the voluntary pension scheme. All contributions shall be managed responsibly by the Fund Manager and the contributions will be invested, per written instruction of each employee.
To meet the pre-qualification, the company/provider must demonstrate:
1. At least 7 years of past experience in managing pension funds and other related financial management in Indonesia.
2. Registered in OJK (Financial Services Authority)
3. Implementation of Good Pension Fund Governance (GPFG)
Interested firms or institutions who fulfill the above requirements shall express their interest by submitting a recent portfolio to respond to the above required qualification by close of business Jakarta time (17:00) on May 9, 2023 to chisu-indonesia@id.jsi.com. Only those companies that meet the requirements and are selected will receive the complete Request of Proposal package.
