1. This project is financed by the World Bank through the above grant. The Project Management Unit of SEA-MaP invites sealed quotation or electronic quotation from eligible bidders for the provision of IT Equipments and Video conferencing unit.
2. A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in  English  will be provided to interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application through email below.
3. Quotations must be delivered to the address below SEAMaP PMU, ASEAN Secretariat, Th Heritage Building, Jalan Sisingamangaraja 70A, Jakarta Selatan or sent through email on or before 22 June 2023. Late quotations may be rejected.
