About Edu Farmers International Foundation (EFI) 

 

Edu Farmers International Foundation is a non-profit organization that focus on three main areas: (1) improve farmers’ livelihood, (2) empower tomorrow's agriculture leaders, and (3) create a pool of practical knowledge and research in agriculture for public use. Through our flagship program named “Bertani Untuk Negeri” (BUN - Farming for the Nation), we mobilize young people (mainly consist of university students and fresh graduates) to learn about best agricultural practices from the experts in the industry and bring them together with the smallholder farmers to provide them with practical experience in the farm and at the same time improve farmers’ productivity and income. Since 2020 when BUN first started, we have been working with more than 1,300 youth and trained more than 6,300 farmers across Indonesia. 

 

Currently, we are expanding our impact to improve Indonesia’s food security by collaborating with various stakeholders, delivering BUN program in more areas, working to improve production of strategic commodities (rice, corn, soybean, sorghum, chili, onion, etc.), and developing a hybrid agritech conference that aims to connect various stakeholders in agriculture ecosystem, inspire proven technology and programs that can enhance the agriculture sector, and empower future leaders in agriculture. 

 

We are also seeking to expand our program, we are currently looking for Campaign & Event Associate for planning, coordinating, and executing offline marketing campaigns and events (conference, media gathering, and other related offline events) to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives. This role involves collaborating with various teams, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and events. The Campaign & Event Associate contributes to creating memorable experiences for customers and stakeholders while supporting the overall marketing strategy.

 

Basic Information and Responsibilities 

 

Employment type : Contract, 21 August 2023 - 31 August 2024

Work location : Jakarta, Indonesia 

Function : Campaign & Event Associate

Reporting to : Head of Business & Channel Development Department

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & execution:
1. Collaborate with the whole marketing & branding team to plan and execute integrated offline marketing campaign across multiple channels, such as digital, social media, as well as KOL (if necessary).
2. Develop detailed campaign timelines, budgets, and creative assets to ensure campaigns & event are executed effectively and on schedule.
3. Coordinate campaign & event logistics, including coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring materials are produced and distributed effectively.
2. Event Coordination:
1. Manage the end-to-end execution of offline events, including conference, workshop, media gathering, and other related offline events (with KOL if necessary).
2. Coordinate with marketing & branding team and content creator to develop compelling campaign materials, visuals, and content.
3. Assist in event logistics, such as venue setup, materials preparation, and on-site support.
3. Content Creation and Marketing Collateral:
1. Collaborate with the marketing & branding team to create engaging marketing materials, event collateral, and promotional content that aligns with campaign and event objectives including brochures, flyers, digital banners, and other promotional materials.
4. Budget & Reporting Management:
1. Assist in managing campaign and event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the planning and execution process.
2. Prepare comprehensive reports to present campaign & event results and insights to the management.

 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (min 4 years) in campaign management, event coordination, or a similar role.
• Passion for food security, agriculture, stunting/health issues is a plus point.
• Proficiency in crafting detailed and compelling proposals.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing software, event management platforms, and social media tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
