As a federal enterprise, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. The GIZ Office Indonesia and projects would like to conduct the capability assessment – "Feedback for Managers". Feedback to Managers is a mandatory GIZ leadership tool; specifications for the feedback process are laid out in a GIZ employer/staff council agreement (GBV 04/2013) revised on 27 April 2022, with corresponding specifications laid down in a P+R-standard for national managers and personnel. The process is designed to support the dialogue between employees/staff and their line managers, improve management effectiveness, promote cooperation, and therefore increase the efficiency of GIZ's operating procedures.
All managers with managerial responsibility for national and international personnel must give their directly subordinate staff an opportunity to take part in a regular feedback meeting (once a year) to discuss the leadership provided by the line manager and the leadership required by the staff concerned. Individual staff members should participate in the feedback process.
To support this process, GIZ Country Office Indonesia is seeking an Individual consultant to conduct the 'Feedback to managers' workshop for projects and teams at GIZ Country Office Indonesia.
