Currently, Yayasan KNCV Indonesia is looking for a:
Communications Consultant
Duty Station: DKI Jakarta
The Communications Consultant will provide technical assistance in developing a campaign plan which aims to ensure that everyone with DR-TB has access to the effective, quality, evidence-based 6-month DR-TB treatment regimen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data collection using the FGD method, including:
- Develop FGD tools and guidelines in campaign plan development.
- Train the facilitators user FGD tools.
- Participating in FGD activities for campaign plan development.
- Analysing the results of data collected from FGD.
- Developing a campaign plan document based on the data analysis.
- Developing instruments to measure the reach and impact of the campaign.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in communication science or relevant major.
Competencies:
- Have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Have knowledge and experience in conducting qualitative research.
- Ability to facilitate and analyse research results and FGDs.
- Ability to develop communication strategy documents or campaign plan document.
- Knowledge and experience in running social campaigns.
- Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Both written and oral).
