The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating the effectiveness of projects to ensure that they are meeting their goals.
• Supervising project managers to ensure the goals of each project are met.
• Overseeing the implementation of new programs to ensure that they meet business objectives.
• Monitoring budgets and expenses to ensure that programs are efficient and effective.
• Managing staff performance to ensure that they are meeting their job requirements.
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that programs are delivered as planned.
• Reviewing program outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Developing strategies to build public awareness of new programs or initiatives that are already underway.
• Recommending changes to existing programs to improve their effectiveness.
• Conducting research to identify new opportunities for growth in existing markets.
• Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Deliverables/Output:

• Ensure the percentage accomplishment of the project.
• Successful implementation of project management framework.
• Good partner's satisfaction.
• Expected outcome for all projects.
• Prepare a lesson-learned document about project management based on the lesson-learned document of each project.
• Decide the project category based on the scope of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree;
• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields;
• Having experience at the managerial level in NGO is a must;
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project;
• Have the ability to understand the complex problem on the ground to be able to develop impactful projects that align with the organization's vision and mission;
• Strong communication skills;
• Experience working with a team.
