[Legal Officer]
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations impacting YCAB Foundation;
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
- Handle contract extension;
- Handle administrative work related to Legal;
- Ensuring Internal Team's legal compliance;
- Advising on legal implications & risks to Internal Teams;
- Manage and monitor the permit period & Foundation's legality;
- Represent YCAB Foundation in legal matter if necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law;
- Minimum 1 years of experience preferably in NGO;
- Freshgraduate with an Internship Experience in legal encouraged to apply;
- Proficient in English;
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and time management;
- Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving;
- Proficient user of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
Deliverables/output :
- Well made drafted and reviewed legal documents and ensure legal clarity and compliance;
- Legal documents requested by internal teams meet the deadlines;
- Comprehensive legal research report;
- Accurate legal advise to internal teams;
- Legal documents are neatly archived.
