The EcoNusa Foundation is a non-profit organization aiming to enhance various local Papuan initiatives at the national and international levels in promoting sustainable natural resource management. The organization was founded on 21 July 2017 in Jakarta. In achieving the goal, EcoNusa Foundation encourages the development of the capacity of civil society organizations to organize advocacy, campaigns, communication with the engagement and dialogue among stakeholders in promoting sustainable natural resource management and the values of transparency, conservation, and equity. We work on several projects which, among others, focus on local community resilience, policy advocacy, communication hubs in Eastern Indonesia, and local economic development.
EcoNusa is looking for a competent and dynamic video production and designer who is able to produce and design high quality video and creative assets for the EcoNusa Foundation, to drive deeper engagement and conversion within our work.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Designing and producing a wide range of video and multimedia products for campaigns, including creative concepts, post-production, editing, visual and sound editing etc.
2. Participate in creative ideation for marketing and advertising, independently complete output according to project requirements, provide solutions, and ensure output quality.
3. Stay updated on industry trends, analyse and research the latest designs and trends in video creation among competitors.
4. Conceptualise, write script, and produce videos in collaboration with the creative producer.
5. Conceptualise and design artwork to be used across digital and print assets for our audience and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
1. Relevant education (degree or diploma) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Video Production, Journalism, Fine Arts or related design fields is preferred.
2. Minimum one years of working experience in similar capacity, familiar with video editing, post-production, composition, and animation effects.
3. Must be proficient in using mainstream design/video software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.
4. Strong foundation in graphic design, fine arts, an excellent aesthetic sensibility, typesetting layout skills, and colour coordination abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure.
6. Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
7. Independent, creative thinker who thrives on a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Domiciled in Sorong/Ambon is preferred and willing to travel outside the work location.
