About YCAB :
YCAB Foundation (1999) is the founding and flagship organization in the YCAB Social Enterprise Group, which bases its operations on a mutually reinforcing and financially sustainable social change model.
YCAB Social Enterprise Group which includes several for-profit entities that offer products and services to emerging consumers including mission-driven microfinance to low-income women entrepreneurs, conditional upon their child enrollment to school.
YCAB's change model has one clear mission which is to improve welfare through education and innovative financing. YCAB aims to vitalize underprivileged youths to become self-reliant through economic empowerment and education, bringing them from mere subsistence to sustainable livelihood. YCAB believes in the power of education to improve welfare. To date, YCAB has brought impact five millions underprivileged youths and hundreds of thousands of low income families.
YCAB is now exploring ways to implement the last link in its change model, that is, to create a sustainable system whereby students who graduate and become entrepreneurs or employed can pay it forward. They do this by giving back or investing in capital market products to help grow and scale YCAB's mission-driven microfinance so that YCAB can empower even more youths to take control of their own destiny.
Responsibilities :

Conduct research to identify schools in South Jakarta area that align with the project's objectives and values for collaboration opportunities.

Act as a mediator between the company and schools, facilitating introductions and fostering relationships between key stakeholders to explore collaboration possibilities.

Assist in evaluating partnership opportunities by analyzing the compatibility of school profiles with the project's objectives, assessing potential benefits and risks, and recommending strategic collaborations.
Requirements :

Have knowledge of Indonesian Education System Bureaucracy to navigate administration efficiently

Proven ability to establish and maintain a broad network of contacts within the education sector, specifically in South Jakarta, including school administrators, teachers, and educational stakeholders, to facilitate connections and collaboration opportunities.
