The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Indonesia Office has the pleasure of inviting you to Bid for the Purchase of Equipment for the Project on Enhancing Social Rehabilitation Support for the Vulnerable Youth in Indonesia.

1. Bidding No.: L2024-00012-2
2. Name of the Bid: Purchase of Equipment for the Project on Enhancing Social Rehabilitation Support for the Vulnerable Youth in Indonesia.
3. The Bid consists of the provision and procurement of any equipment related to vocational training within two welfare centers, common facilities, administration, trainee living, and related welfare facilities. 4. The RFP (Request for Proposal) documents will be distributed by KOICA in English.

6. Pre-bid inquiries will be held from 17th May to 27th May 2024 via KOICA Official email (indonesia@koica.go.kr) cc: jhy@koica.go.kr
7. Place and date of bid submission
All bid documents shall be submitted in person to KOICA Indonesia Office on or before 11:30am on 3rd June 2024. Any bid that is presented later than the closing time shall be deemed non-conforming and KOICA shall be under no obligation to accept it.
8. Bid opening: the bid opening shall be held at the KOICA Indonesia Office on 4th June, 2024.
9. You are kindly requested to prepare your most competitive documents in accordance with the terms in this document and submit it as follows:
One set of bid documents (original form and if a copy is provided, the copy must be confirmed to be a true and accurate copy of the original document and must affix its registered seal). The document should be submitted to KOICA Indonesia in sealed envelopes, which should be labeled "Purchase of Equipment for the Project on Enhancing Social Rehabilitation Support for the Vulnerable Youth in Indonesia". The bid price should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.
