The "Strengthening Disability Inclusion in the Nexus of Disaster Risk Reduction and Humanitarian Action" project (PASTI II) is a one-year initiative building on the successes of PASTI I. Led by ASB through the Disability-inclusive DRR Network (DiDRRN) consortium, PASTI I integrated disability inclusion into disaster preparedness and response, embedding strategies into the NDMA's training curriculum and developing modules for persons with disabilities and facilitators. These efforts enhanced collaboration between government bodies, project teams, and Organizations of People with Disabilities (OPDs). Funded by Aktion-Deutschland-Hilft, PASTI II will continue to co-create inclusive disaster management modules with the NDMA Training Center and OPDs, and strengthen two pilot villages in Lampung through proactive disaster preparedness. This initiative fosters professional, inclusive governance and resilient communities.
