- Develop & implement communication strategies aligned with Foundation's vision & mission.
- Research and evaluate Foundation's brand guideline.
- Build and maintain relation with media outlets and journalist on local, national, and international scale.
- Respond media's inquiries and request.
- Developing stories about the Foundation's activities and achievements to be published to the media in the form of articles, infographics, etc.
- Develop and maintain all social media's account and website.
- Craft engaging content for social media.
- Monitoring social media metrics on social media account and website.
- Collaborate with Program Team to collect program's data and achievement.
- Create upcoming & current Foundation's program-related content in social media & website.
- Create press release for program-related.
- Plan and execute communication's material and product based on donor/partner's request.
- Developing compelling communication and marketing materials aligned with our strategic goals to engage donors and partners.
- Evaluate public opinion about Foundation through survey, polling, etc.
- Conducting ongoing surveillance of potential crises that may adversely affect the foundation's reputation.
- Responding and following up on communication and bad publicity crises in the foundation to minimize negative perceptions of the foundation.
- Plan and execute various events related to communication strategies, such as media conferences, networking events, etc.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing Communication, Communication Management, Public Relation, or similar.
- Minimum 4 years experience in marketing Communication, Communication Specialist, and/or Public Relation.
- Experience in creating press release and press conference.
- Experience in in creating and evaluating brand guidelines.
- Have knowledge in branding, market research, advertising, social media metric, and writing report.
- Good Communication for Formal Business Presentation and Daily Conversation in English (Speaking and Written).
- Showcases growth mindset, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Communication strategies and objectives for foundation and it programs/projects.
- Brand guidlines evaluation and development alignes with vision and mission.
- Compelling programs/projects's achievements and stories.
- Compelling social media post.
- Growth in social media metrics.
- Positive feedbacks from donor/partners and public.
- Media outlet networking.
- Creating Design for Campaign, Sosial Media etc
