Marketing Communication Manager
About YCAB :
YCAB Foundation (1999) is the founding and flagship organization in the YCAB Social Enterprise Group, which bases its operations on a mutually reinforcing and financially sustainable social change model.
YCAB Social Enterprise Group which includes several for-profit entities that offer products and services to emerging consumers including mission-driven microfinance to low-income women entrepreneurs, conditional upon their child enrollment to school. YCAB's change model has one clear mission which is to improve welfare through education and innovative financing. YCAB aims to vitalize underprivileged youths to become self-reliant through economic empowerment and education, bringing them from mere subsistence to sustainable livelihood. YCAB believes in the power of education to improve welfare. To date, YCAB has brought impact five millions underprivileged youths and hundreds of thousands of low income families. YCAB is now exploring ways to implement the last link in its change model, that is, to create a sustainable system whereby students who graduate and become entrepreneurs or employed can pay it forward. They do this by giving back or investing in capital market products to help grow and scale YCAB's mission-driven microfinance so that YCAB can empower even more youths to take control of their own destiny.

Responsibilities :

Communication Plan & Startegy
  • Develop & implement communication strategies aligned with Foundation's vision & mission.
  • Research and evaluate Foundation's brand guideline.
Media Relations
  • Build and maintain relation with media outlets and journalist on local, national, and international scale.
  • Respond media's inquiries and request.
  • Developing stories about the Foundation's activities and achievements to be published to the media in the form of articles, infographics, etc.
Social Media Management
  • Develop and maintain all social media's account and website.
  • Craft engaging content for social media.
  • Monitoring social media metrics on social media account and website.
Communication for Programs/Projects
  • Collaborate with Program Team to collect program's data and achievement.
  • Create upcoming & current Foundation's program-related content in social media & website.
  • Create press release for program-related.
  • Plan and execute communication's material and product based on donor/partner's request.
Marketing Product Development for Program/Project's Pitching
  • Developing compelling communication and marketing materials aligned with our strategic goals to engage donors and partners.
Communication Crisis Management
  • Evaluate public opinion about Foundation through survey, polling, etc.
  • Conducting ongoing surveillance of potential crises that may adversely affect the foundation's reputation.
  • Responding and following up on communication and bad publicity crises in the foundation to minimize negative perceptions of the foundation.
Event Management
  • Plan and execute various events related to communication strategies, such as media conferences, networking events, etc.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing Communication, Communication Management, Public Relation, or similar.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in marketing Communication, Communication Specialist, and/or Public Relation.
  • Experience in creating press release and press conference.
  • Experience in in creating and evaluating brand guidelines.
  • Have knowledge in branding, market research, advertising, social media metric, and writing report.
  • Good Communication for Formal Business Presentation and Daily Conversation in English (Speaking and Written).
  • Showcases growth mindset, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills.
Deliverables/Outputs :
  • Communication strategies and objectives for foundation and it programs/projects.
  • Brand guidlines evaluation and development alignes with vision and mission.
  • Compelling programs/projects's achievements and stories.
  • Compelling social media post.
  • Growth in social media metrics.
  • Positive feedbacks from donor/partners and public.
  • Media outlet networking.
  • Creating Design for Campaign, Sosial Media etc
Location : West Jakarta, Indonesia (Full WFO)
