1. Introduction
Project HOPE has been known in Indonesia since 1960 when the hospital ship USS HOPE visited Indonesia as part of its visit to
several countries for humanitarian operations. Since 12 March 2018 Project HOPE has been registered as Yayasan Project HOPE in
Indonesia. Yayasan Project HOPE (YPH) manages several programs in the areas of Infection Diseases, Tuberculosis Laboratory
Strengthening, Maternal Neonatal Health, COVID-19 Emergency Response and Mental Health. It is also establishing an emergency
response hub to strengthen emergency response operating systems in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
As part of our employee benefits program, we are seeking comprehensive Medical and Insurance services for our staff to ensure
adequate healthcare protection for all eligible employees and their dependents.
2. Health Insurance Period
The Insurance period is 12 months from March 1st, 2025, until February 28th, 2026.
3. Eligibility Criteria and Proposal Requirements
Interested bidders are requested to submit a proposal for 3 options as required that includes the following:
a) Company profile and relevant experience in offering Medical Insurance services.
b) Licensed and authorized to operate in Indonesia
c) Previous experience working with non-profit organizations or similar entities is preferred.
d) Financially stable and rated positively by independent insurance rating agencies.

4. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
a) Cost competitiveness and affordability of the premiums.
b) Comprehensiveness of the coverage offered.
c) Quality and reliability of customer service and claims management.
d) Experience and reputation of the insurance provider.
e) Flexibility and willingness to accommodate the organization's specific needs.
f) Feedback from references.
5. Submission Deadline
Interested health service providers are requested to send a company profile and proposal with subject of your email: "INSURANCE
PROPOSAL – Your Company Name" to procurement.yph@gmail.com no later than 21 October 2024 at 24.00 PM (Jakarta Time)
Any proposal arriving after the deadline will not be considered (disqualified).
