Currently, YNLM Medan is accepting applications for the following positions related to its organization:
Job Title : Operational Manager
Reports To : National Leader
Base : Medan
Tasks and responsibility
- Assist National Leader to ensure that the Logistic, Finance and HR operational procedures are efficient and up to date with regulations
- Supervising, including yearly appraisal of Finance, HR and Logistic Coordinators.
- Joint responsibility for financial overview in the organization/projects together with Field Director and National Leader.
- Responsible for collaborating with National Leader, Field Director, Program Manager and Advisor to make sure that the financial resources are used optimally
- Make sure there is a financial transparency and accountability in the organization
- Implement important values in our organization such as Openness for whistleblowing,
transparency, accountability, anti-fraud and prevention of sexual harassment. - Developing healthy work environment in the organizations, including physical, mental and spiritual aspects.
Qualification
- Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field or supporting work experiences
- Experience:
- Six years successful manage the allocation of resources such as funding, personnel, and materials.
- Knowledge of grant-making policies and procedures and applicable national regulations
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
- Established expertise in Finance Management, Audits and accounting programming, networking, gender integration and policy advocacy.
- Specific technical skills:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Organization and Presentation.
- Report writing (in Indonesia & English).
