- Assistance for 100 (one hundred) participants to sharpen their business development plans based on the material received during the Webinar Masterclass.
- Providing business capital support at the end of the Mentoring Stage.
- Monitoring of 100 (one hundred) participants based on business development plans that have been mapped out during the Mentoring Stage.
- Monitoring the use of business capital support that has been provided at the Mentoring Stage.
- Each mentor is responsible for accompanying ten (10) participants during the Mentoring and Monitoring Phase.
- Mentoring will focus on developing entrepreneurial skills and export readiness based on the material during the Masterclass Webinar Stage.
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide practical suggestions according to the participants' business developments.
- During the Monitoring Stage, the mentor is responsible for monitoring the use of business capital support provided by YCAB and ensuring participants can implement their business development plans.
- Able to connect participants with a community of entrepreneurs, potential buyers/markets, or e-commerce platforms that are relevant to the participant's business.
- Provide recommendations on how to find foreign buyers/buyers for experience for MSMEs.
- Prepare reports on participant progress during the Mentoring and Monitoring Phase.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with participants
- Able to provide effective guidance in developing business plans, digital marketing, export documentation, and improving product quality (packaging and labeling).
- Skilled in using the Zoom platform and online collaboration tools for remote training or mentoring.
- Able to prepare participant progress reports and provide relevant suggestions for business development.
- Have an understanding of local and international business networks, as well as the ability to connect participants with business opportunities and the entrepreneurial community.
- Commitment to developing women MSME entrepreneurs and increasing export capabilities.
- Experience in the export sector or assisting MSMEs in preparing their business for international markets is an added value.
- Having a deep understanding of digital-based business development and marketing through e-commerce and social media is an added value.
- Experience providing business assistance or training, especially to female entrepreneurs, is an added value.
