- Creating Project Charter's based on Approved Project Proposal to describes the implementation stages start from project plan, time schedule, budgeting and the supporting matters (facilities, equipment, venue, supporting peoples and any others supports)
- Developing strategies to build public awareness of new projects or initiatives that are already underway.
- Meeting with stakeholders to discuss project status and goals.
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that projects are delivered as planned.
- Monitoring budgets and expenses to ensure that projects are efficient and effective.
- Supervising project officers to ensure the goals of each project are met.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of projects to ensure that they are meeting their goals.
- Recommending changes to existing projects to improve their effectiveness.
- Reviewing projects outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare various reports starting form project progress including important matters to be conveyed up to the final project implementation
- Ensure the percentage accomplishment of the project.
- Successful implementation of project management framework.
- Good partner's satisfaction.
- Expected outcome for all projects.
- Prepare a lesson-learned document about project management based on the lesson-learned document of each project.
- Decide the project category based on the scope of the project.
- Having experience at manage and lead NGO project/programs. Preferably in education, economic empowerment, youth empowerment, and or ESG project;
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in NGO's project management or relevant social and humanity programs;
- Will be preferred candidates having min. bachelor's degree in any related studies
- Fluent in English with a strong communication and negotiation skills ;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project;
- Able handle multiple task in various projects and can lead a team effectively
- Have the ability to understand the complex problem on the ground to be able to develop impactful projects that align with the organization's vision and mission;
