Currently, Yayasan KNCV Indonesia is looking for a:
Pharmacy Staff (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian)
(Duty Station: DKI Jakarta)
The Pharmacy Staff (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian) will support research activities conducted in the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training held by the sponsor/Contract Research Organization (CRO).
- Conduct research in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and the applicable research protocols.
- Together with the pharmacist, receive and manage the research product and EMD that will be used in the research.
- Ensure that the storage area for the researched product and EMD is in optimal conditions (including regularly recording the temperature of the storage room).
- Keep records of receipt, return and destruction of the products under study (if not used or returned) during the research.
- Coordinate with the Research Nurse regarding the needs of the product being researched at the clinical trial site and prepare the product and EMD for research subjects.
- Carry out tasks instructed by the Pharmacist.
- Attend regular monthly monitoring and evaluation meetings with the research team at the clinical trial site and YKI, if needed.
- Coordinate and prepare routine reports with the Pharmacy Installation at RSUP Persahabatan.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Graduate with a minimum D3 degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Have a valid Registration Certificate (STR TTK)
- Minimum 2 years work experience in the pharmaceutical field
- Preferably have a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate
- Able to operate basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High interest in the field of research
- Willing to work in RSUP Persahabatan Jakarta
