Office Assistant

Program Background

Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastruktur (KIAT) is a partnership between the Government of Australia and Government of Indonesia to support sustainable and inclusive economic growth through improved access to infrastructure for all people in Indonesia. KIAT works with government partners, multilateral development banks (MDBs) and civil society providing technical assistance to improve infrastructure policy, planning and delivery. KIAT also works with sub-national governments to improve the quality of infrastructure spending and planning. 

Through its work with central and sub-national governments, KIAT is working towards 5 End-of-Facility Outcomes (EOFOs): 

Improved policies and regulations for infrastructure development
High quality projects prepared for financing by GOI, MDBs or the private sector
High quality infrastructure delivery, management, and maintenance by GOI 
Infrastructure policies, design and delivery are more inclusive for women and people with disabilities 
Improved policy, planning and design results in lower-emission, more climate-resilient infrastructure

The focus of KIAT is on the following areas: Water and Sanitation; Transport; Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI); Climate Change; and Infrastructure Funding and Financing (IFF).

The Role

Assisting with office work in terms of cleanliness and tidiness of the office and providing administrative support as needed and assigned by the office.

About You

Minimum of High School education. Minimum lulusan SMA/sederajat
Possess good conduct reference from previous company. Memiliki referensi yang baik dari pekerja sebelumnya.
Minimum 3 years of experience as office assistant. Memiliki minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Office Assistant
Demonstrated willingness to learn and meet office requirements. Mampu menunjukkan semangat, keinginan dan kemampuan untuk belajar dan dapat memenuhi kinerja yang diharapkan
Demonstrated capacity to coordinate and cooperate with Jakarta Office staff. Mampu bekerja sama dan berkoordinasi dengan pegawai yang lain
Good knowledge of spoken English is desirable. Lebih diutamakan jika dapat berbahasa Inggris dengan baik.
Willing to adapt in a multi-cultural environment. Dapat beradaptasi di lingkungkan kerja yang multi-kultur.
Willing to work in a team. Dapat bekerja dalam tim.
Assigned another task if required. Dapat melakukan tugas lain sesuai kapasitas, jika diperlukan.
