Objective of Service

The objective of this service is to facilitate training for all staff of SNV Ethical Standards, and further dive into specifically in the area of:  

1. SNV Fraud Response Procedure 

2. SNV Inclusion and Elimination of Workplace Discrimination Procedure 

3. SNV Additional activities and Job Procedure

 

Expected Outcome

1. SNV staff share same understanding of the Ethical Standards concepts  

2. The training further enhances staff familiarity and competency needed to abide by the ethical standards 

3. Discover ways to motivate, support and or disseminate internally and externally of SNV ethical standards 

4. Further explore guidelines to understand what are the do’s and don’ts and how to deal with special circumstances 

 

Scope of Work

The service provider is expected to design and facilitate half day training to 42 SNV staff. Background material is as per SNV Code of Conduct (Ethical Standards policy) and its procedures.

 

Qualification

These are the criteria to determine the contract winner:

 

1.        A relevant bachelor’s degree in communication, business administration, education or a related field

2.       Minimum 5 years’ experience in training design and facilitation

3.       Experience in facilitating training for similar topic i.e. code of conduct, ethical standard, fraud response etc. is an advantage

4.       Competent to deliver the training in both Indonesian and English (please state in your application letter)

5.       Possess key competency as facilitator, i.e. active listening, effective communication and group dynamics management

 

Time

Will start on 19 February 2025, from 08.00 am to 12.00 am
