Yayasan Kasih Suwitno (YKS) will partner with the Ministry of Health as a sub-recipient (SR) in the Technical Assistance (TA) District Mentoring Activity. This activity aims to provide technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of program managers and health facilities (fasyankes) in HIV and PIMS response in selected districts/cities. This activity is supported by funding from the Global Fund.

 

In 2025-2026, TA District Mentoring will be implemented in 108 districts/cities in 8 priority provinces with high program burden, namely North Sumatra, West Java, Central Java, East Java, South Sulawesi, Riau Islands, East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan. This activity will be carried out in close collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, local mentors and local community partners to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the intervention.

To support the implementation of TA Mentoring activities, professionals are needed who will play a role in various aspects, including technical assistance, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring and evaluation of activities, YKS urgently needs:

1. Technical Advisor – Doctor (TAD) - 2 staff (Duty station: Jakarta)
2. Administrative Assistant (AA) - 1 staff (Duty Station: Jakarta)
3. Provincial Coordinator (PC) - 11 staff (Duty Stations: Sumut, Kep. Riau, Kalbar, Kaltim, Sulsel, Jabar, Jateng & Jatim)
4. Program Support Assistant (PSA) - 8 staff  (Duty Stations: Sumut, Kep. Riau, Kalbar, Kaltim, Sulsel, Jabar, Jateng & Jatim)

General Qualification:
Experience:

1. Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive responsibility in related work experience, Previous experience with HIV/AIDS programs is preferred.
2. Fresh graduates are welcomed, however, work experience within the HIV/AIDS program is a distinct advantage.
3. All candidates must have good communication skills, both spoken and written, and be able to use MS Office programs, English language skills are a plus.
4. HIV-positive individuals are encouraged to apply.
