About Organization

Founded in 1999, YCAB Foundation is the founding and flagship organization of the YCAB Social Enterprise Group. About Project

This projects aims to catalyze positive change in coastal area of  Tanjung Pasir, Banten by empowering women in ultra-micro businesses, promoting environmental awareness through  waste reduction initiatives, and facilitating educational opportunities for underprivileged children.

 

Timeline :

• Training Date :  25 – 27 February 2025
• Mentoring Date : 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, & 21 March 2025

Method

All activities conducted offline/onsite

Responsibilities

• Delivering material based on module with topic of financial literacy, digital marketing, and design products to MSMEs.
• Delivering training for 4 sessions @120 minutes/session.
• Delivering mentoring to assist training participant as next step and follow up of training for 6 sessions @120 minutes/session.
• Giving report and feedback to YCAB Foundation related to training and mentoring session.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of financial literacy, development of women in MSMEs, and the Blue Economy.
• Experience in teaching or providing training related to financial literacy.
• Knowledge of social media and online platforms utilization to market products.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with participants
• Commitment to developing women MSME entrepreneurs.
• Freshgraduates and/or final-year students with experiences as trainer or mentor in economic empowerment encourage to apply.
