PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
- Contract period: September 01, 2025 – August 31, 2026
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08.00AM to 05.00PM
B. Statement of Work/Specifications
The vendor is expected to provide:
- Number of manpower needed
- To provide manpower backup in a case the assigned staff is unable to come to work
- The manpower is expected to achieve following task, both daily and periodically:
· Checking and clicking outdoor spray and make sure not empty
· Clean kitchen appliances: Stove, Microwave, cup, plate, and other dishes
· Clean meeting room area and its furniture
· Clean Patio
· Clean pictures
· Clean public area: toilet, kitchen, praying room
· Clean Sink & Taps
· Cleaning the closet/flushing
· Collecting garbage
· Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies
· Maintain the cleanliness of toilet and kitchen equipment
· Mop floor at all office area
· Refill Kleenex and hand soap in the toilets
· Sweep floor at all office areas
· Wipe doors and Windows
C. Location of Work
AMG Tower, 7th floor.
Jalan Dukuh Menanggal 1 A, Gayungan, Surabaya
Indonesia wide with possibility for international coverage
D. Acceptance Criteria
Provide following Criteria:
· Manpower calculation
· Term of Payment information
· Related supplies included
· Manpower backup availability
· List of current customer information
E. Peace Corps Payment Schedule and Terms
Supplier will receive payment in approximately 30 days after acceptance and receipt of valid/accurate invoice.
Evaluation Factors:
- The Award will be made after consideration of the following factors as marked below:

- Award may be made to other than the low priced quote.
- The award will be made to the total quote that offers the best value in accordance with the above evaluation factors.
