- Develop Innovative Fundraising Strategy on Charity Activation targeting HNWIs, Employees Engagement, Digital, and YCAB Products in Capital Market.
- Build strategic partnership with HNWIs, corporates, including actively engaged in strategic networking & fundraising platforms.
- Lead acquisition of new HNWIs, corporates, giving platform & communities.
- Increase donor retention.
- Lead implementation of donor service.
- Provide accountable reports to donors, in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Manage Individual Fundraising Performance.
- Produce Individual Fundraising Performance Report and Analysis
- A comprehensive and actionable fundraising strategy.
- Documented acquisition plan including target segments, outreach methods, and engagement calendar.
- Active pipeline of prospective HNWIs, corporates, platforms, and community partners.
- Strategy and tools for donor engagement and retention, including communication flows, recognition programs, and retention metrics.
- Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for donor servicing.
- Regular and customized reports for individual donors and corporate partners, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Monthly/quarterly performance reports that include fundraising progress, donor acquisition/retention metrics, and campaign effectiveness analysis.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fundraising, business development, partnerships, or donor relations—preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector. Including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of securing donations from HNWIs and corporate partners.
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategy development, donor engagement cycles, and giving platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build and maintain high-trust relationships with a diverse set of donors and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
