- Lead the development and implementation of program M&E frameworks, indicators, tools, and plans.
- Coordinate routine monitoring activities and ensure timely data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain and update data management systems and program dashboards.
- Conduct Data cleaning and Data analysis regularly to ensure data integrity at all project level.
- Conduct data quality assurance (DQA) checks and provide feedback to improve data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare high-quality reports based on KPI and data visualizations for internal use and donor reporting.
- Coordinate with Project Coordinator/Lead to ensure MEL strategies embedded in program design and implementation.
- Documenting the work results of the RME Department.
- Design and implement applied research initiatives, assessments, and evaluations to inform program design and advocacy.
- Develop research tools (e.g., surveys, interview guides, focus group protocols)
- Lead data collection, data verification, and data cleaning efforts.
- Conduct data analysis using appropriate statistical or qualitative methods.
- Support the documentation and dissemination of findings through reports, case studies, briefs, and presentations.
- Ensure ethical standards and gender-sensitive approaches are integrated into all research activities
- Collaborate with program teams to facilitate reflection sessions and learning workshops.
- Assist in capturing best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.
- Provide training and technical support to staff on RME tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to the organization's learning agenda and knowledge management efforts.
- A minimum of bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, economics, statistics, public policy, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing and implementing M&E system, preferably within international development or non-profit organizations.
- Proficiency in statistical and data visualization software (e.g., Stata, SPSS, or equivalent) and digital data collection platform (e.g., questionpro, kobotoolbox, ODK)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Exel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau is highly desirable).
- Experience managing baseline and endline assessments, as well as impact evaluations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Advanced writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, including experience writing program report and evaluation reports.
- Proven ability to lead or supervise field data collection, manage enumerator teams or external consultants, and ensure high-quality, ethical research practices.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management to meet reporting deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, especially in dynamic or high-pressure environments.
- Strong problem solving skill to overcome technical challenges in collecting and data managements.
