Call for Proposals: Grants for TVET Triple/Quadruple Helix Models in ASEAN (2026-2027)

 

Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) play a vital role in equipping individuals with the skills demanded by today's labour markets. Yet, across ASEAN, curricula often lag behind the rapid pace of industry transformation, leaving many graduates underprepared to meet workforce expectations.

Under the EU–ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package – Higher Education (SCOPE-HE), we invite proposals that can strengthen ASEAN-wide collaboration among vocational education institutions, businesses, and other stakeholders by applying the Triple/Quadruple Helix Model (TQHM) across three thematic areas:

 

1️⃣ Digital Transformation
2️⃣ Green Transition
3️⃣ Sustainability

 

🔍 Grant Amount: Up to EUR 180,000 per theme
📅 Duration: July 2026 – June 2027

🌏 Eligible Applicants: Legally registered entity in any ASEAN Member States

All ASEAN member countries are eligible to apply, namely: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
