Job Highlight

The Director will serve as the senior executive responsible for the overall operations & will work closely with the Founder/Shareholders to ensure the company grows as a trusted & credible sustainability advisory firm in Indonesia & Southeast Asia market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in a relevant field with 8–10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, environmental advisory, or corporate sustainability
• Proven leadership in projects, business development, and team management, with strong financial and strategic planning capabilities
• Solid understanding of ESG frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP) and experience engaging corporate and multi-stakeholder partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English

Job Description

• Architect long-term growth strategies aligned with global climate transitions and market shifts.
• Drive high-level business development and scale a robust environmental advisory pipeline.
• Institutionalize world-class workflows and standards to ensure timely & high quality of project delivery.
• Direct P&L management and resource optimization to secure sustainable organizational growth.
• Represent Bestari at global forums (COP/Climate Week) to solidify strategic institutional partnerships.
