Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Indonesia is seeking qualified professionals to join our team as **Technical Advisor I – Climate Change Adaptation & Mitigation** for the Climate Action Partnerships in Asian Cities (CAPACities) project, based in Kupang City.
This role will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring project activities related to climate change adaptation and mitigation, while fostering strong collaboration with local government, partners, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to project design, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality programming and impact.
**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Urban Development, Climate Sciences, International Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, ideally with an international NGO, focusing on climate change adaptation, resilience, or disaster risk reduction.
- Strong skills in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within Indonesia.
