We are currently seeking legal advice services (please refer to the following TOR below) and would appreciate if you could provide us with the following documents (in separate PDF and Excel files):

 

• Technical Proposal (in one consolidated PDF file in sequences), consisting of:

• company/law firm profile and experience
• deed of establishment and latest amendments
• Tax ID
• Business Identification Number (NIB)
• organizational structure/list of partners and lawyers
• scope of work, case handling methodology, project timeline, deliverables to be provided
• assigned team including roles
• previous and current references from clients

 

• Financial/Commercial Proposal (in one consolidated PDF file and one Excel file), consisting of:

• Fee proposal (may be hourly rate, lump sum, or success fee)
• Cost breakdown (professional fees, disbursements, etc.)
• Payment terms
• Proposal validity period for 60 days since the date of submission

 

The deadline for receipt of questions is on April 19, 2026.

Terms of Reference Legal Advice Services   Background Nutrition International (NI) is an international not-for-profit organization that works to ensure the poor - especially women and children - in developing countries get the vitamins and minerals they need to survive and lead productive lives. Passionate about developing and implementing solutions for hidden hunger, we work in partnership with governments, the private sector and civil society organizations to address this serious problem that affects one third of the world's population. Governed by an international Board of Directors, NI works in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East and reaches people in over 70 countries. With headquarters in Ottawa, Canada, NI maintains regional offices in New Delhi, India and Nairobi, Kenya that manage our country offices in Asia and Africa.   Objective Nutrition International is seeking proposals from qualified Legal Firm to offer Legal Advice Services for period of April 2026 – 31 March 2027.   Scope of Work The Legal Firm is expected to provide NI with Legal Advice regarding: 1.         Employment /Labour law issues, 2.         Government relations issues, 3.         Operations activities issues, 4.         Branding issues, 5.         Dispute with vendors, consultants, partners, and any third party, 6.         Other legal issues that may arise from time to time.   Confidentiality   The Legal Firm shall maintain the confidentiality of all information, documents, and communications received from or related to NI, both during and after the termination of the engagement.   Deliverables Written legal advice, contract reviews, legal opinions, or other requested documentation. Participation in meetings (virtual or in-person) when requested and agreed upon in advance. Timely response to legal queries within agreed timelines.   Eligibility Criteria Licensed and recognized Law Firm Authorized to operate in Indonesia Proven Track Record of handling Legal Issues Ability to offer any legal advice based on organizational needs At least 5 years of experience in providing legal advice to International non-profit organizations.   Fees and Expenses This is a non-retainer contract. The legal firm will be engaged only when legal services are required. Legal Firm will be paid on hourly basis or lump sum basis as that may be agreed on each Legal Advice that NI receive from Legal Firm.   Objective Submit the proposals along with credentials and experience through email with subject: “Legal Advice Services 2026-2027 Proposal – Your Company Name” to: proposalsindonesia@nutritionintl.org , no later than Friday, April 21, 2026, at 23:59 WIB. Any proposal arriving after the deadline will not be considered (disqualified).
