About the Position

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Institutional Partnership with 2–4 years of experience in NGOs or social development organizations to support our fundraising and partnership efforts. This role is responsible for developing high-quality concept notes and grant proposals, building and maintaining relationships with donors and strategic partners, and preparing accurate narrative reports in compliance with donor requirements.

 

1. Proposal Development & Fundraising

• Develop high-quality concept notes, grant proposals, and supporting documents aligned with organizational priorities and donor requirements
• Identify potential funding opportunities and contribute to fundraising strategies
• Ensure all proposals are well-structured, compelling, and compliant with donor guidelines

2. Partnership & Donor Engagement

• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and other stakeholders
• Support communication and coordination with donors

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare timely and accurate narrative reports, ensuring compliance with donor requirements
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of grant-related materials

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Program, Finance, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) teams to ensure alignment between proposal design, budgeting, and program implementation
• Support internal coordination to gather data, success stories, and insights for proposals and reporting

Qualifications

1.  2–4 years of experience in NGOs, foundations, or social organizations (preferably in partnership, fundraising, or grant management)
2. Proven experience in writing grant proposals (both local and international)
3. Strong writing skills in proposal development, concept notes, and donor reporting (in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
4. Experience in preparing simple to mid-level budgets for funding proposals
5. Basic understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) is an advantage
