Aceh/Tamiang District, implemented with Cordaid, Bina Swadaya, Leuser, and Pusaka

Budget:
€480,598

 

Audit Objectives

• Ensure financial reports accurately reflect expenditures and revenues.
• Verify documentation, asset records, and currency conversion practices.
• Assess the adequacy of internal control systems.
• Confirm that budgets are used strictly within donor-approved expense categories.

 

Scope of Work

• Conduct audit in line with ISA 800/805 standards.
• Review compliance with laws, fraud/corruption risks, governance, and risk management.
• Examine financial transactions, procurement processes, and asset safeguarding.
• Provide a formal audit opinion, receipts/expenditures statement, and recommendations for improvement.

 

 Key Timeline

• EOI Submission Deadline: June 1, 2026
• Engagement of Auditor: July 1, 2026
• Field Work Start: August 3, 2026
• Draft Report: August 28, 2026
• Final Report: September 9, 2026

 

Eligibility Criteria

• Member of a national accounting/auditing body affiliated with IFAC, or
• Member of a national accounting/auditing body committed to IFAC standards, or
• Registered statutory auditor with the Indonesia Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI).

 

Remuneration

• Fees (including VAT) paid by CRS from project funds.
• Auditor responsible for declaring and paying taxes.
