Kualifikasi Enumerator adalah sebagai berikut:
  • Berdomisili di wilayah penelitian dan dapat berbahasa lokal
  • Minimum lulusan D3/S1 untuk bidang ilmu sosial (politik), ekonomi, komunikasi, ilmu pemerintahan, sosiologi dan sejenisnya
  • Enumerator memiliki pengalaman menjadi enumerator sebelumnya minimal 2 kali survei
  • Jujur,  Enerjik, dinamis, supel, memahami konteks budaya setempat dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
  • Fokus, memiliki komitmen kuat menyelesaikan tugas.
  • Siap pelatihan dan turun lapangan dengan kisaran sekitar 4 - 6 hari kerja

The role
Prospera seeks 2 (two) Research Officers (Macro) to provide the analytical foundation for Prospera’s works in addressing the analytic needs of practice areas, responding to new and emerging policy issues, and framing macroeconomic policy issues. The Research Officers (ROs) will undertake research and data analysis related to economics governance and policy issues: macroeconomic development and inclusive growth, green economy and sustainable development, financial sector stability, private sector development, as well as the revenue and spending policy issues. The ROs are expected to support preparation of papers and presentation materials, as well as coordinate and present analysis of economic policy issues assigned to Breakthrough 2 – Macro. A strong knowledge on macroeconomic issues and/or green economy is preferable, and a strong quantitative skill is essential.

About you (Selection Criteria)
The candidate will possess strong qualifications and experience as follows:

·         Tertiary qualifications in economics and/or a related discipline are essential, with post-graduate qualifications preferred. Strong quantitative skills will be essential.

·         A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience working on economic policy and related economic issues.

·         Ability to conduct research and analysis on difficult, but well-defined tasks; articulate issues and recommend solutions.

·         Knowledge and experience working on the Indonesian economy and with Indonesian policymakers.

·         Excellent written communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and oral), including advocacy and presentation skills.

 

About the program
Prospera is a partnership facility between the Government of Australia (through Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) and the Government of Indonesia. It aims to foster strong, sustainable, and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. Commencing from 1 March 2018, Prospera is a planned five-year investment.

 

Remuneration
The remuneration will be set according to National Remuneration Framework Group C, Job Level 1. The remuneration level at which the Research Officers (Macro) are engaged will be based on the successful candidates’ relevant skills and experience. The role is based in Jakarta.

Fourth Multistakeholder Forestry Program, Indonesia

Background

FCDO and MOEF have appointed Palladium, in consortium with Systemiq to deliver the fourth phase of the Multistakeholder Forestry Programme in Indonesia (MFP4).

MFP4 will support Indonesia to achieve its ambitions on sustainable timber and community forestry. The programme will operate for 5 years (2018 – 2023). MFP4 will build on earlier programme phases to deliver an ambitious set of results on coverage of timber licences, export volumes of sustainably sourced timber, area under community forest management, and number and value of community forest businesses.

To deliver these results, the consortium members will establish a joint technical assistance facility in Jakarta, drawing on their respective experience in facilitating FLEGT VPAs worldwide, implementing previous MFPs in Indonesia, collaborating with Indonesian ministries on community forestry polices and enabling investments in forests and sustainable land use. The MFP4 facility will directly support the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MOEF) to deliver two core workstreams:

  1. Growth in sustainable and legal timber production: Ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of the national timber legality assurance system 'SVLK', which underpins FLEGT licensing, to further strengthen confidence amongst international buyers and domestic suppliers; and

 

  1. Growth in community-based forest businesses: Catalyse community forest business development to foster more sustainable use of forests, reduce forest degradation and deforestation, and improve prosperity by strengthening forest governance at the site level.

Objective of the Assignment

MFP4 is currently requesting proposals from eligible Travel Service Providers to handle our domestic Indonesia travel, and international travel where required. The Travel Service Provider will support the MFP4 Team to provide high quality service and value for money in travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservations, vehicle hire, hotel meeting packages, honorarium payments etc.) for MFP4 for domestic and international travel. The Travel Service Provider will be engaged through a service agreement with PT Palladium International Indonesia. Each assignment will be issued through a call down basis.


 

Scope of Assignment

The Travel Service Provider must submit a proposal demonstrating their ability to address the following requirements through their services:

 

  • Registered under IATA and other travel agent association in Indonesia as per government regulation;
  • Able to use Palladium Garuda Indonesia corporate discounts for all flight reservations;
  • Provide full range of high quality services, including the booking of: flights (including flights that may need to transfer to international connections), accommodation (including group bookings), meeting packages in local hotels (including function rooms, catering, accommodation, PA systems, etc.) and driver / vehicle hire throughout Indonesia including in all our project site areas (Papua, West Papua, East Java, NTT, Bali, etc.) with the very best and most competitive rate;
  • Make honorarium and Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) payments to travelers or event attendees on behalf of MFP4;
  • Provide nominated contact person for MFP4;
  • Provide dedicated ticketing staff for day to day requests and specially to handle the frequent last-minute changes to our travel bookings and needs;
  • Has office locations nationwide;
  • Specify operating hours in each office location and after-hours contact details for each office location especially on public holidays and weekends;
  • Provide credit facilities of IDR 500,000,000 per month with maximum 30 days period for outstanding payments;
  • Provide list of all airlines used which are listed under the applicable international safety and security standard;
  • Provide details of process for refunds due to cancellation;
  • Provide clear details of one (1) bank account for payment process;
  • Provide monthly invoices which are to be sent to MFP4 by the end of each month;
  • Provide weekly summary of incoming and outgoing travel checklist in MS Excel format;
  • Provide monthly financial statements;
  • Provide quarterly report for all project expenses for flights and hotels;
  • Provide max. 5% service fee for all take over payments including but not limited to: payment for honorarium, DSA, hotel, rental car, etc.

Duration and Phasing:

The agreement is to commence on 18 April 2022 and will run to 31 March 2023.

Selection Criteria:

Candidates should demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Range and quality of services provided by the travel agent;
  • Most competitive service fee/agent fee;
  • Services provided are proactive, appropriately resourced and demonstrably reduce MFP4’s administrative burden.

Yayasan Indonesia Cerah ("CERAH") is a non-profit organisation established on 11 October 2018. The organisation focuses on the issues of clean energy and the environment. CERAH promotes the narrative of shifting Indonesia's policy in energy transition as a leader in providing strategic communication to amplify key messages in the narrative of clean energy and its transition in Indonesia, cultivating and enhancing stakeholder engagement and providing recommendations to policymakers.

 

CERAH has been collaborating with multiple stakeholders and prominent figures, the media, and civil society organisations to educate and raise awareness, highlighting issues such as good governance and corruption, air pollution and the health impact of energy choices and renewable energy future and how that affects lifestyle and jobs.

 

To assist the ever-growing team, CERAH is looking for a Climate Cities Associate to help our Climate Communications Specialist; the work of the employee will include:

 

1.      Identify and engage the youth climate urban communities in five (5) major cities in Indonesia (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Bali) and provide support and encouragement to build the climate crisis movement and lead the narration on this issue. 

2.      Develop and disseminate relevant climate science and impact materials to specific youth groups in five (5) major cities to enhance and alleviate understanding and boost the advocacy capacity of youth voices.

3.      Identify, cultivate, and support youth voices to reach a broader audience through selected media. 

4.      Connect the youth voices with the experts, government, and private industry stakeholders to create leverage and visibility for these youth climate movements and networks.

5.      Develop and disseminate relevant climate materials across social media platforms to reach the targeted audience.

6.      Any other task (s) as assigned by Climate Communications Specialist. 
                                                                                                           

Requirements:

 

  1. Candidates must be passionate and have sound knowledge of youth involvement in issues on climate change. Preferably a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in climate change, the environment, and the communication field. 
  2. Preferably had been involved in several different networks of urban youth communities in five (5) identified cities.
  3. Has the ability and passion for building, maintaining, and strengthening networking in various urban youth communities.
  4. Has good organisational skill and work with a global network, and works remotely under minimum supervision.

 

  1. Excellent command of English and Indonesia, both written and oral.
  2. Able to contribute a creative idea and or direct in producing digital assets for placement across social media platforms.

The TVET System Reform (TSR) project is a joint effort between the Governments of Indonesia and Germany that aims to support the implementation of key elements of the Government of Indonesia's reform agenda in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).  This area of cooperation is being carried out by the Indonesian Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs and GIZ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, with the full support of the Coordinating Ministry of Human Development and Culture, the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas and The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN).

The TSR project works at both the national and sub-national levels and has two main areas of activity:

  1. TVET policy and coordination, to better align and regulate the roles and initiatives of stakeholders, both private and government in the TVET system
  2. Cooperation with the private sector to increase their involvement in TVET development.

To develop a TVET system that can meet future labor market demands, one way is to improve the quality and flexibility of teaching and learning in TVET institutions.  One of the developments in the field of education in Indonesia is the digitization of teaching and training materials and the use of technology-based learning media and models. TVET System Reform 2.0 Project is therefore recruiting one Indonesian candidate for: 

Trainee 

A.    Responsibilities

Supporting the TSR 2.0 Project in implementing its activities related to both Field of Activities as well as general tasks of project management.
Trainee involved in this project will be given specific assignments so he/she can learn and gain work experience related to the TSR project works at both the national and sub-national levels and has two main areas of activities. TSR project will support this development through a mentoring concept where the Senior Advisor TVET System Reform will mentor trainee during their tenure at TSR through a close cooperation and interaction with his/her mentors. 

B.    Tasks

The aim of a traineeship with the TSR 2.0 Project is to give the trainee an insight into the inner workings of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and its project implementation. 

The trainee will experience and be involved while assisting specific tasks such as preparing and conducting coaching clinics and trainings including relevant activities such as development of short movies. Soft skills required in that positions include enhanced ability for teamwork, flexibility, organization, initiative, and very good communication skills. 

The tasks of the trainee encompass:

·      Working closely with and assisting the advisors of TSR 2.0 in the following area: 

Support for organization of various Online, Offline and Hybrid Events/ Meeting/ FGD and Socialization of TSR 2.0 activities (e.g. Cost and Benefit Analysis, Super Tax Deduction, In-Company Master Trainer Training and various Kadin Indonesia – Kadinda Capacity Development):

·      Assist in preparing the Terms of Reference of the event
·      Assist in contacting the potential venues
·      Assist in preparing RFE
·      Assist in looking for various necessary service providers, among other interpreters, video conference streaming, printing companies
·      Providing support during the Socialization (technical support during offline event)
·      Preparing the supporting document for invoice verification (invoice, list of participants) 

Support for Implementation of Studies of TSR 2.0 (e.g.  Cost and Benefit analysis, Impact of Utilization of VR training Materials in TVET):

·      Assist in collecting data
·      Assist in data processing 

Support for Monitoring and Evaluation:

·      Data collection for indicator at module level, i.e., women proportion in IT, engineering and renewable energy.
·      Supporting on collecting and compiling cost sharing data 

Support for Communication:

·      Media monitoring on issues related to TVET, FoA 1 and 2 

General:

·      Attending the discussion and meetings
·      Taking meeting minutes (notes, protocols) to be reviewed by concerned advisor.
·      Learn how to provide update report to the Advisor and Senior Advisor and to provide summary of each activity
·      Learn how to provide activity reports (and financial report if needed) for administrative purposes in TSR

  • Contribute in organizing project site visits, facilitate data request, photo coverage and TV footage and utilizing both web-based and traditional media as appropriate, monitor and evaluate the use and effectiveness of media materials.
  • Contribute in maintaining a library of media coverage, clippings, photo/ video within WCS-IP project.

Digital Outreach

  • Contribute in digital communication activity such as updating and maintaining WCS-IP website and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), include but not limited to make editorial plan and live reporting for certain events.
  • Provide a complete and accurate monthly statistic of WCS-IP social media platforms to determine audience engagements.
  • Contribute in producing stories that potential to be displayed on WCS-IP website and social media.

Publication Material

  • Provide support for program request in producing communication materials such as videos, infographics, posters, newsletter, etc.

Branding

  • Assist in design process of souvenir and all publication matters to comply with WCS's brand guideline.

General

  • Organize events such as meetings, seminars, workshops, trainings, discussions, and public outreach activities.
  • Report in the form of minutes of meetings and document translation.
  • Maintain appropriate communications with WCS-IP key stakeholders and partners, including local and national government agencies, environmental and development NGOs, and media.
  • Maintain communication with other programs within WCS-IP, as required.
  • Undertake any other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

This position will be based in Bogor, with occasional travel to project sites across WCS-IP. The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 3-year experience in communications activity for NGO, corporates or public relations agency
  • Graduated from Communication, Sociology, Psychology or any social science undergraduate degree
  • An ability to communicate clear, consistent messages in a variety of media – including press releases, social media content, newsletters, brochures and guides – and experience in developing and managing such messaging
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse group of contacts, and ability to be a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English are essential
