Assignment Summary
Water.org Indonesia seeks consultant(s) to support our financial institution partners' capacity building material development on KPSPAMS' Business Proposal Review topic. The video concept would be a tutorial video which breaks down and explain in filtered detail the parts in KPSPAM's business proposal, detects necessary information needed to conduct credit analysis, and helps financial institution partners in understanding the nature state of the KPSPAMS proposed.
Water.org has developed the standard template for KPSPAMS' business proposal and has been used for more than 300 loans in Central Java. Water.org seeks to promote more KPSPAMS financing best practices to FIs through various channel including capacity building.
Scope of Work
· The Consultant is expected to learn the materials developed and suggest the framework for videos (concept of the video, story line, etc.)
· Upon approval of concept, Consultant will produce the videos as planned and keep an active communication for general coordination.
· Water.org will be expecting to receive to types of file: larger file with better quality and lower file resolution for online sharing.
As for design, Water.org Indonesia team will be providing guidance on color scheme, fonts, brand logo, and icons that represent Water.org brand globally for consultant's references.
Consultant(s) are required to conduct self-research for story line development. Water.org team would assist and approve the story line developed to ensure the quality information contained in the materials.

Ownership
All of the produced artworks and its contents are belong to Water.org Indonesia and will be used for programs promotional in Water.org's publication channels and educational purposes. These materials will also be used by our microfinance institution partners to promote hygiene education and WaterCredit related products.

Note: The final draft includes all the colored artwork, and ready for printing.
Further to the schedule above, the following activities will be carried out during the partnership:
1) The Consultant to arrange meetings schedule with Water.org to present drafts and gather comments and feedbacks.
2) Water.org shall provide some technical materials or information to the Consultant, related to technical inputs. Nevertheless Consultant is free to obtain additional inputs from resources that he/she has access to.
3) All artworks (first and final drafts) shall be reviewed by Water.org team; and the Consultant shall make a presentation and get their feedback or suggestions.
4) Any further adjustment needed during the implementation of the project, shall be discussed within the project's duration.
Budget
The budget for this assignment is $1,600 before taxes.
The payment terms would be: 50% at the time of signing of the Consultancy Agreement and 50% upon the submission of final draft.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants may be individuals, groups of individuals with a designated team lead, or firms. Applicants must have at a minimum the following qualifications:
1. Familiarity with basic concepts in water, sanitation and hygiene; the Consultant should be able to do research and provide relevant information for the materials she/he will develop.
2. The Consultant should be a self-starter and should creatively think of the best graphics, lay-out and design for each of the materials described above
3. Experience designing relevant communication materials
4. Critical thinking, creativity, good judgment, initiative, attention to detail, sense of professionalism, and timely delivery of outputs
5. Willing to learn and observe microfinance and its client's relation to support the story line development and materials production.
Submission of Proposals
Please submit your proposal along with preliminary design ideas for the assignment and let us know why you think the idea you propose would be appropriate for our promotional materials.
Proposals should be submitted to positions_indonesia@water.org cc-ed to Elvira Yoanita, WaterCredit Program Manager, eyoanita@water.org, no later than September 24, 2020 noting "Proposal Tutorial Video" in the subject line. Proposals submitted after this date will not be considered.
