The Role

 

We are looking for Project Manager in Empower Your for Work Project that able to manage and deliver high quality implementation of the Empowering Youth for Work (EYW) project in accordance with Oxfam policy and agreed framework with Oxfam Novib which supports Improved economic and social empowerment for young women and men living in rural climate-change affected areas with focus on young women and men has technical skills on soft and market-led skills, young women and men benefit from new or improved employment or entrepreneurship opportunities, and enabling environment for young women and men's social and economic empowerment promoted.

 

What we are looking for

 

This role requires essential experiences and qualification: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge, experience, and passionate in using digital tools include social media, design tools, and video (preferred)
  • Demonstrated information-gathering and communications capacity, including the ability to identify strong stories and present them in an appropriate and compelling way, both verbally and in writing, for a range of audiences and media
  • Ability to think creatively with strong analytical and networking skills
  • Resilience
