Qualifications

·        Qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Gender  and Social Inclusion Expert/Specialist, WASH development, Gender Sensitive Budget and GAP development, gender mainstreaming program )

·        At least 5-10 years experience in WASH & GESI Program

·        The consultant shall have  experience working in WASH Sector

·        The consultant should have proven expertise in developing Gender Sensitive Budget,  Gender Analysis Pathway , Gender mainstreaming program  .

 

The consultants must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to write report in English.

 

Deliverables

The expected deliverables from the Consultant are:

• Report containing the analysis of Gender Mainstreaming Program and Gender Responsive Budgeting Planning, findings and recommendation to Empowerment Dept (Dinas P2KBP3A) and key dept related to domestic waste water management.
• Advocacy strategy for Dinas P2KBP3A and key dept related to domestic waste water development, to increase awareness, understanding, knowledge and commitment to accelerate Gender Mainstreaming Program.
• Capacity Building for Dinas P2KBP3A and key  department to mastering gender PPRG instruments.
• Action Plan for relevant dept to accelerate gender mainstreaming program implementation.
