Website Development for WLF
Background
The William & Lily Foundation (WLF) is a philanthropic foundation working on four sectors: Education, Health, Economic Empowerment and Enabling Environment (focusing on supporting local governments and CSOs). As part of its exposure and outreach strategy, WLF maintains a website with basic information about the organization. WLF now has a need to use the website as a knowledge platform where it can share various types of information ranging from short articles, infographics to downloadable reports in a more organized manner. The main target audience for WLF's website will be the general public, peer organizations and partner organizations.
Objective
The objectives of WLF's website development are as follows:
- To present and organize information in an easy-to-navigate and logical structure and layout (without necessarily changing existing sitemap)
- To present information in a visually appealing, accessible and professional manner
- To develop a CMS that has flexibility but easy-to-use
Deliverables
The expected deliverables are as follows:
- Design and development of website according to WLF's needs for use on different platforms: desktop/notebook, smartphone, tablet
- Development of CMS for WLF to use independently to update and maintain website upon project completion
- Ensure security of website
Qualifications
- Experienced in website design and development
- Experience in working with organizations in the development and non-profit sector is an advantage
Scope, Timeline & Expected Budget
A consultancy to begin as soon as possible with an expected timeline of 2-3 months with a preferred budget range of IDR 50-75 million.
