Project Description

 

Health Policy Plus (HP+) is a seven-year $222 million project funded by U.S. Agency for International Development USAID that was awarded to Palladium on August 28, 2015. HP+ has a mandate across global, country, and subnational levels to strengthen and advance health policy priorities in HIV, family planning and reproductive health, and maternal health. It aims to improve the enabling environment for equitable and sustainable health services, supplies, and delivery systems through policy development and implementation, with an emphasis on voluntary, rights-based health programs. HP+ also aims to strengthen in-country partners’ capacity to navigate complex environments for effective policy design, implementation, and financing aligned to their priorities.

 

At the end of its 7-year project, HP+ is tasked to produce a short-video to capture the latest work of HP+ in supporting the Government of Indonesia (GoI) in structuring the Public Private Partnership (PPP) of Health Sector, specifically the in Non-Infrastructure field. The video will contain a collection of testimonies of key stakeholders in PPP including Government officials and representatives from the private sector companies, CSOs, professional organizations, and private sector associations. It will also contain the progress of the development of the upcoming MoH Regulation on PPP as well as footage of PPP implementation at the local level. In the process of producing video, the videographer will be working closely with HP+’s Jakarta and Washington DC teams. To deliver this task, HP+ is looking for professional videographer (company or individual) based in Jakarta who is apt in producing human interest videography, effective in communication, and has professional exposure with development projects.

 

Assignment Overview

 

HP+ is seeking videographer (company or individual) to produce a video that captures the latest HP+ works in supporting the structuring PPP initiative at the central and local level. The video will also show the highlight of the upcoming MoH Regulation on PPP Non-Infrastructure in Health. The video is expected to depict the combination of human-interest and goal-oriented perspectives, stakeholders-driven, and able to effectively convey the message of promise of PPP in addressing bottlenecks in health services delivery in Indonesia.

 

Scope of Work

 

  1. Developing a story line that captures the key messages of PPP video as per discussion with HP+.
  2. Conducting interview with the stakeholders, and donor agency with a compelling background story. Materials for the video could also include messages from relevant HP+ products and photos.
  3. Edit the footages with sophisticated composition, camera movement, lighting, 4:2:2 10Bit color range at least on live production, post-production, and final delivery of the documentary.
  4. Finalize the PPP video material with input from the HP+ team

Requirement

  • Exposure to previous donor funded development projects are preferred.
  • Evidence of previous portfolio of video projects are available.
  • For company, team composition with relevant professional background is provided.
  • For individual, a resume with previous exposure in creating relevant videography products is available.
