Job Vacancy - YTS Finance & Administration Officer
Yayasan Tambuhak Sinta (YTS), a Kalimantan-based foundation head-quartered in Palangka Raya, is striving to improve the quality of governance and well-being in areas affected by mineral development activities, and is working closely with communities, local government and extractive companies to achieve this objective.
Currently we are looking for a finance and administration officer to support the Operations Unit in terms of finance, administration and asset management. Under supervision of the YTS Finance Comptroller, this position will be responsible to ensure effective financial management requirements, including but not limited to accounting, banking, and assist with the filing system. The individual is also responsible for ensuring effective arrangement for administration and logistical support for YTS activities.
The correct individual should have strong time management skills and is a well-organized person.
This is the background experience and qualities we require:
Minimum two years experience in finance/accounting & office administration
Prior experience in project finances, including budgeting, monitoring and reporting
Excellent computer skills – accounting system software, MSOffice, internet
University degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills – Bahasa Indonesia and English
Prior work experience in a multicultural setting
Good team working skills
Willing to travel to project sites for finance and administration monitoring
