The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a German implementing organization which provides services worldwide in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. GIZ promotes complex reforms and change processes. Its corporate objective is to improve people's living conditions on a sustainable basis. GIZ has been working in Indonesia since 1975 on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

One of GIZ Project, Green Infrastructure Development project is seeking a Professional for Book Editing and Multimedia Design Services.

With minimum qualification:

• Education or university degree in the fields of graphic/video design, web design, editing and/or  communication
• 7 years of relevant professional experience in graphic/video design and communication
• Consultant must have prior working experience in designing and lay outing high level meeting documentation. Expertise in Adobe software (e.B. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) well as experience in creating and editing videos.
• Able to provide portfolio of the works that have been done related to graphic design and video making/editing

The detail service is set forth in the attached tender document.

Should you be interested to provide this service, please submit your proposal in English to ID_Quotation@giz.de, on Sunday, 06 March 2022 at the latest.

The subject line of the email shall include the reference RFP No. 83403831- GIZ-GID-Book Editing and Multimedia Design Services and the name of the submitting bidder.

 

Proposal should be consisting of:

• Financial offer (based on work package based on deliverable, all figures in IDR)
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) with narrative description of the relevant experience and capacity.

·         Portfolio of previous works similar/close to the expected outputs

·         Short description of equipment/software will be used to produce the expected outputs

• Copy Taxpayer Registration Number (NPWP)
• All prices/rates must be inclusive of income tax (PPh 21) as GIZ obliged to withhold the income tax.

 

The proposal will be evaluated considering weightage of 70:30 between technical (CV) and financial offer.
