[Regional Coordinator Bogor, Depok, dan DIY – Project Base]

Responsibilities:

Make a plan for school targeting with the YCAB team;
Looking for schools that are willing to participate in the MasterCard Girls4Tech training with the terms and criteria set by the YCAB Foundation;
Advocating, getting recommendations, and coordinating with schools to participate in Girls4Tech;
Documenting the entire socialization and advocacy process in accordance with YCAB Foundation standards;
Coordinate and collaborate regularly with various parties for the duration of the program;
Manage online training access for the trainee school;
Manage, answer the questions of the trainees and encourage a positive environment in online discussion forums;
Selecting outstanding trainees and managing awards for parties involved in the training program;
Evaluate, give feedback, and report the condition of participants during the training process.

Requirements:

Have stable internet access and reliable to use online communication and collaboration platforms;
Have good communication, time management, and negotiation skills with the school;
Committed, target-oriented, conscientious, able to work as a team and able to work well under pressure with a hectic schedule;
Willing to be placed in Bogor, Depok, & DIY.
